EULA - ExodSync

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ExodSync software, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not accept these terms, you must not install or use this software.

2. License Grant

The M365-Manager project grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the ExodSync software in accordance with its official documentation.

This software is an administration tool designed to automate interactions with the Microsoft Graph API and Entra ID.

3. Liability and Security

Important notice: The software allows mass modification of user data in a production Microsoft 365 environment.

The user assumes full responsibility for all modifications made through the tool.
It is recommended to test your configurations (Excel mapping files, generated passwords) before any mass deployment.
The authors and creators of ExodSync shall in no event be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental damages, or any data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

The software interacts exclusively with public Microsoft APIs. The security of access credentials (Azure identifiers, application secret key protection) is strictly the responsibility of your organization's administrator.

4. Data Processing (Local)

ExodSync operates in strict local autonomy (on the administrator's Windows machine). The software includes no telemetry, tracking, or data transmission functionality to third-party servers other than Microsoft's.

All generated data (logs, temporary passwords, identifiers) are saved exclusively locally on your machine and fall under your security responsibility (GDPR compliance of your company/school).

5. Modifications and Updates

The creators of ExodSync reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue software support at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly check the official GitHub repository for the latest security updates.
